Pat Keck earned a BFA from Rhode Island School of Design in 1978. Drawing upon figurines of carousels and cigar stores for inspiration, Keck creates enthralling wood block prints and carves mesmerizing wooden sculptures that tell stories. From 2012 to 2015, she also created the sets and marionettes for the film Night and Day by Peter Anthony. Keck is a founding member of the World Sculpture Racing Society, and her works are included in several public collections including the Boston Public Library and the DeCordova Museum and Sculpture Park in Lincoln, Massachusetts.
