This multi-media package is the product of a trip taken by painter Jim Schantz and flutist Paula Robison to Israel in 2006. The artists were inspired by the spirit, history, and potential of this place and their creativity enabled a fresh and unique shared vision to come into being. They discovered new points of wonder and awe as they visited exceptional places and experienced traditions imbued with an energy of faith. The paintings by Jim Schantz beautifully capture a spirit of place, while Paula's musical selections allow her to richly express her love of the Holy Land and remarkable mastery of the flute. This cooperative adventure was an effort to more fully appreciate time – each hour, each day, and each experience in the Holy land is indeed holy. Through this combination of art and music, we are encouraged to find peace.
